BeU Flash Flow– BeUnlimited's  Signature Class

This Level 1/2 Ashtanga inspired set sequence integrates the core principles of traditional hot Bikram yoga with a Vinyasa power flow. Practiced in a heated room of up to 105 °F and 50% humidity, this sequence  Challenge not only the body but the mind by allowing the heat and music to transport you to a meditative state of awareness.  Create room for transformation by diving into the physical challenge, developing mental endurance, and creating a path to clarity and new vision.  With a devoted practice, you have an opportunity to cultivate mindfulness and purpose on and off your mat.  Sunday morning and on special occasions, catch the BeU original HOT Flow, a 75 minute version with an extended standing series sequence and extra savasana.

Be Inspired Flow - Warm

Incorporate a little inspiration into your day.  A dynamic yoga flow, this practice offers a challenge into a new posture with plenty of modifications for different levels.  Each class is unique to a particular theme, with a carefully planned flow or mandala building to a peak pose.  Enjoy the use of breathwork, visualizations, precise cueing, and alignment focus to add a little spice to your practice.

Be Strong/Prana Pump

Two dynamic strength building options on the schedule.  What a great opportunity to build stabilizers and enhance alignment and strength. The combination of weights and cardio movement sequences, with supplemental kettlebell and resistance band options will provide an exciting and energizing surge to your training regimen.  Boost your metabolism and confidence, rev your energy level and cultivate your inner strength. Add a challenge to your practice with a twist – high energy and team building! Jenn brings her training in Structural Integration to the schedule for an added level of expertise.

Be Yin

The practice of Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues and the fascia that covers the body. Passive floor postures are held for 3-5min. bringing a deep release of these areas & regulating the flow of energy in the body. This class will guide you into a deep meditative state as you release deeper into the layers of your being.

Be Goddess

This is a fun, fast paced but balanced class that is a fusion of Yoga and dynamic dance moves. The room is candlelit, the music is driving.  Rich in dynamic stretches and hip mobility routines, Goddess Yoga is a unique, unforgettable practice that builds Shakti “empowered” energy to ignite a true sense of freedom, passion and creativity in your life.  Class in the Shiva Shala will be a bit cooler.

Be Dynamic - Warm

A dynamic heated power vinyasa flow – with no 2 classes exactly alike. Each class will be themed and creatively sequenced around a particular “peak” pose or area of the body. Pick up the intensity of your attention to core work and stability.   Be prepared to be challenged, energized and renewed! Open to all levels of practitioners.

Be Salty

Soak up the ocean mist as the morning sun softly kisses your skin. Enjoy a beautiful Vinyasa flow accompanied by the soothing sounds and smells of the ocean. An amazing opportunity to connect mind, body, and soul. A complete practice well suited to any practitioner.  We offer this class seasonally on Crystal Pier at The OCEANIC at Wrightsville Beach.  Typically running from April thru October – check schedule for 6am, 730am and 9am options. Parking available for class only.

Be Gentle

Time to nurture your body in this all-levels class designed to offer a sense of balance by intentionally slowing down and taking movements with fluid qualities. This 60 min class focuses on pranayama and increasing flexibility through the spine and major muscles of the body. Incorporate a slower pace into your routine, gently soothing the mind, uplifting the spirit and creating more space in the body.

Be Balanced - developing core strength and balance for Inversions

Welcome to a new class series addressing the development of foundation and core strength necessary to dive safely into the world of arm balances and inversions.  This class will be a slow paced, non-heated practice focusing on proper set up, alignment and developing confidence while safely moving into more dynamic postures. Extra time for exploring and planning suggestions for an independent core practice.

BeLONG

Glide with this all-levels class as you move slowly with a nice blend of fluid movement, deep stretching focusing on alignment, balance and breath. The room will not be heated but just warm enough to bring softness to the body. Leave class feeling uplifted, lengthened, a little lighter, a little brighter.
